The following projects were created or co-created by Naia Ōkami herself.



Kinmunity is an alterhuman community serving otherkin, the furry fandom, fictionkin, therians, vampires, plural systems, and the other-hearted. Kinmunity was initially founded to to be both a resource hub and friendly community for otherkin, therianthropes, and vampires. As time went on, the site grew to support various other identities within the alterhuman community, including but not limited to: fictionkin, plural systems, the other-hearted and animal-hearted, soulbonders, and copinglinkers. Kinmunity was founded by Naia Ōkami and Alynna Trypnotk.

Wolf Howl

Wolf Howl

Wolf Howl aims to provide various social networking services to members of marginalized communities. Wolf Howl accomplishes this goal using the latest in Free & Open Source Software, along with vast amounts of time and effort put in by the Wolf Howl team. A secondary goal of Wolf Howl is to bring distributed social networking to all, breaking the barriers to entry previous projects have.

On all levels except physical, she is a wolf! Naia Ōkami hosts an informative yet always fun podcast showcasing alternative lifestyles and communities!

Operation: Wolf Eyes

Operation: Wolf Eyes - "The pack is coming for you"

The mission statement for Operation: Wolf Eyes is “Our mission is to bring awareness to human trafficking and domestic abuse. We will help perform investigations and help connect victims with organizations that provide aftercare. Our goal is to connect these victims of abuse with an aftercare specialist who can help them re-assimilate into society and provide emotional support where necessary.” Naia currently serves as director of cyber operations for the organization.


Furcadia: The Second Dreaming

Furcadia is a free-to-play MMOSG/MMORPG or graphical MUD, set in a fantasy world inhabited by magical creatures. The game is based on user-created content with emphasis on world building tools, exploring, socializing, and free-form roleplaying. Naia has served as a technical consultant and programmer for the game. Her character, therianthrope, is a volunteer “Bugge Hunter”.
